**Ing. de Terminación de Pozos**:
**Roles y Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar e implementar planes de terminación de pozos, asegurando la eficacia y eficiencia de las operaciones.
- Aplicar técnicas avanzadas y tecnologías innovadoras en la terminación de pozos para optimizar la recuperación de recursos.
- Trabajar de cerca con equipos de perforación, producción y geología para garantizar una terminación de pozos coherente con los objetivos de explotación.
- Monitorear y evaluar el desempeño de los pozos post-terminación, identificando oportunidades de mejora.
- Asegurar que todas las operaciones de terminación cumplen con las normativas de seguridad y protección ambiental.
- Resolver problemas técnicos y operativos relacionados con la terminación de pozos, aplicando un enfoque analítico y creativo.
- Gestionar la documentación técnica y reportes de operación relativos a la terminación de pozos.

**Perfil del Candidato/a Ideal**:

- Título en Ingeniería Petrolera, Mecánica o afín.
- Experiência comprobable de al menos 10 años en terminación de pozos petroleros.
- Conocimiento de Software: WellCat, WellView.
- Conocimiento diseño y la planificación de las operaciones de terminación de pozos, incluyendo la selección de herramientas, la configuración de la terminación y la simulación de fracturamiento hidráulico.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse eficazmente con diferentes disciplinas.
- Habilidades sólidas de resolución de problemas y pensamiento crítico.
- Flexibilidad para viajar y trabajar en diferentes localizaciones según se requiera.
