**Responsibilities**:

- Be involved in the approach to the problem, structure and delivery of the solution
- Become an expert in our clients’ information assets
- Find patterns in the data using advanced analytical tools and techniques
- Learn techniques to analyze, segment and predict in order to solve client problems
- Communicate analyses by preparing presentations for and participating in C-level clients

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, computer engineering or analytics related field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
- 0-2 years’ experience with solid analytical skills and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location and experience. The base salary range listed is just one component of EXL's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, as well as a Paid Time Off policy, and many region specific benefits.
