- _ o Ensure compliance of the requirements of the implemented systems IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and C-TPAT focused on Quality._
- _ o Define and update the inspection instructions according to the control plan (for example: final inspection instructions, 1st part OK, control charts, etc.)_
- _ o Approves work instructions in production lines and ensures that all necessary inspections are included, that the necessary time is included in the standardized work sheets and that the measuring equipment is available and meets the requirements (MSA)._
- _ o Ensures compliance of the control plan._
- _ o Archives all Quality records as defined in the control plan and the record retention procedure._
- **_ Support production supervisors in the implementation of the 8 basics of Quality (training, implementation, monitoring, alert in case of deviation...)_**:

- _ Audits regularly (covering all shifts) to ensure respect for standardized work by operators._
- _ Daily updates the UAP Quality indicators and ensures that the quality indicators are followed by the leading GAPs of the lines._
- _ Drive continuous improvement at UAP_
- _ Has the authority to stop any nonconforming product and/or process and immediately escalate it to the Quality Manager._
- _ These functions are illustrative and not limited to the performance of other activities that are required._
- _ Support in the activities of new projects and Engineering Changes within their Assigned area._

Qualifications_**:

- Minimum education level: Engineering_
- Experience :_
- _ o Quality Experience in Production._
- _ o Training as internal auditor._
- _ o Experience in PPAP; APQP: Process Flow, AMEF, Control Plan, Process flow diagram and KPC/KCC Management._
- _ o Experience in Geometric Tolerances / Reading plans._
- _ o Experience in problem solving methodology: 8D_
- _ o Knowledge of customer specifications (GM, Chrysler, VW, etc.)_
- _ o Schedule availability._
- _ o Passport and valid visa, desirable._
