**Requisitos**:

- Escolaridad_

Ingeniería en electrónico, Ingeniería mecatrónica, Ingeniería electromecánica, Ingeniería Industrial, Carrera técnica o afines.
- Años y área de experiência_

1 año de experiência en producción.
- Idioma_

Inglés básico

Conocimientos técnicos

Microsoft Office: PowerPoint (intermedio), Excel (intermedio), Word (intermedio), Outlook (básico) y SAP.
- Competencias_

Alta capacidad de análisis y síntesis, liderazgo, alta orientación al trabajo en equipo, fuerte apego a la cultura y tolerancia a la frustración.

Propósito y actividades del puesto:
Lubricación de moldura conforme a SOP's, control de peso de la gota conforme a flujograma, inspección en caliente conforme a SOP's, monitoreo con el uso de Estaciones de Trabajo del Operador (ETOs), sistema PIC, uso de herramientas de Gestión (Planes de Reacción, 5W), registro Indicadores de Procesos (IPs): Tiempos de lubricación, inspección, peso de envase, cambios programados de moldura, PTS, Elis, corrección defectos en caliente identificados en la muestra o en los inspectores de envase en zona de inspección.
