This position occupies a key role in the manufacturing team of the HUB Americas in ELSP. In this role, you will head the maintenance and continued efficiency of ELSP to optimize technical and financial resources.
**This position reports to**:
Business Health, Safety & Env Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Working with the engineering team to specify maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities.
- Consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability and safety.
- Solving major technical, equipment or facilities challenges in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
- Reacting promptly to any emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions or other problems to minimize disruption to production.
- Proposing improvements for processes and production lines aimed at reducing maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
- Implementing health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mechanical Electrical, Mechatronics, Electrical Automation or related).
- 5 years of experience working in similar position.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Water pumping systems and Red Code.
- Experience in Electrical loads - Electrical installations and Electrical drawings.
- Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate level of English.
