**BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

**P E R F I L**:

- Licenciatura o Ingeniería terminada.
- Inglés avanzado **(INDISPENSABLE)**.
- Manejo de Office y Outlook.
- Conocimiento de ERP o SAP (deseable).
- Experiência de 2 a 3 años como en puesto similar en empresas del sector productivo, manufactura o producción **(INDISPENSABLE)**

**F U N C I O N E S**:

- Organizar y garantizar la gestión de órdenes de compra desde inicio al fin.
- Preparación de ofertas para productos.
- Realizar registro de pedido de muestras.
- Entrada de datos y monitoreo de pedidos de clientes en el sistema.
- Registrar el acuse de recibo de pedidos.
- Emitir las órdenes de producción.
- Garantizar la exactitud de la fecha de entrega registrada y las condiciones para que el departamento de salida proceda.
- Emitir facturas proforma tanto para entregas fuera de México a efectos aduaneros como para solicitudes de prepago.
- Revisar y administrar las notas de crédito y los reembolsos.
- Seguir fechas de producción para informar a los clientes cualquier retraso que impacte la fecha de entrega.
