El contralor financiero de la planta es responsable en conjunto con el Gerente de Planta, de planificar y coordinar el presupuesto de acuerdo con la información proporcionada por los lideres de las diversas áreas en línea con las políticas y prácticas corporativas.
EDUCACION REQUERIDA:
- Licenciatura terminada en Contabilidad o carrera afín
- Ingles avanzado
- Manejo de MS Office nível avanzado (Excel, Power Point, etc).
EXPERIENCIA, CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y ACTITUDES:
- Análisis y planeación Financiera
- Presupuestos y proyecciones financieras
- Costeos, estimaciones, proyectos.
- Conocimientos de Contabilidad General
ACTIVIDADES CLAVES DE LAS FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO:
- Actividades de Cierre mensual
- Actualización diaria de KPI financieros y operativos de la planta
- Elaboración del forecast mensual
- Preparación del presupuesto anual
- P&L completo
- Juntas diarias con Staff de Planta
- Actividades de controlling financiero: aprobaciones de gastos de Operación (Opex) y de capital (ACE/Capex)
- Monitoreo diario del presupuesto
- Identificación de tendencias financieras, riesgos y oportunidades para asesorar al Gerente de Planta y los lideres de área de forma correcta y oportuna para la toma de decisiones
