**What We Are Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly self-motivated, and organized, with a keen attention to detail.
- Work with the business to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable requests.
- Design, develop and implement scalable, sophisticated, declarative (Clicks, not code) custom solutions within Salesforce that support and enable the business and our Users.
- Experienced with safely and effectively integrating with other systems (3 rd party/external, and internally developed) is a plus.
- Ability to effectively triage and prioritize projects, issues, and feature requests.
- Familiarity/comfort with operating within Agile principles, with an understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
