Attend EHS training when required

Responsible for furnace survey evaluation, along with record keeping, in accordance with the Control of Quality

Records Procedure.

Develop and maintain Quality Assurance programs, specifications, procedures and equipment to meet customer

specifications, and Howmet quality requirements.

Responsible to implement the quality system procedures used during the finishing processing of wheels and ensure

procedures are being followed properly.

Coordinate any quality and improvement issues.

Responsible for completion Flow Diagrams, Change Controls, FMEA, APQP’s and PPAP’s

Responsible for maintain and monitoring SPC, including data entry, reporting, anylizing and reaction.

Responible for the FPY, Scrap and Rework performance and trend rate and action plan.

Responsible for review and disposition any nonconforming or suspect material in accordance with the Nonconforming

Material Procedure.

Responsible for the follow up the A3’s, pending issues.

Participation on de internal audit, corrective process and problem solving.

Directly responsible for coordinating and conducting Quality Departmental interface team meetings, within the process

area.

Designated as Customer Representative

Assist as needed in the completion of various Quality Department Documentation.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Well Knowledgeable in Finishing Processes - 2 years of experience.
- Well knowledgeable in APQP. (Advanced Product Quality Planning), FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP’s, SPC. - 2 years of experience.
- Quality related experience - 3-5 years of experience.
- Personnel Management - 2 years of experience.

**SPECIFIC TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE**:

- Polish, Satin, Bright, packing, shipping, tooling, buffing, washers, good pieces test, apearence criterias, good pieces audit, Core Tools, ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor, Customer Specific Requirements.

**REQUIRED SCHOOLARITY**:

- Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Graduated.

**LANGUAGES**:

- English 80% (Spoken, Written & Reading)
