Here is what the **Software Development Leader **day-to-day looks like:
- Lead a team of software developers that will execute projects from beginning to end making sure high-quality software is being delivered to our clients
- Delegate tasks to team members based on their skills
- Act as a coach to software developers, working closely with them and making sure they understand their objectives
- Work closely with Product Managers (Canada & Mexico) to ensure that our company's vision is shared across the development teams
- Promote and nurture our agile culture with the other teams and that our development processed are favoring continuous improvement
- Facilitate and promote interactions between development team, product management and stakeholders favoring strategical planning
**Qualifications**
- Holds a bachelor´s degree in engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology or similar)
- Possess previous experience of 4 years or more in software development
- Demonstrate people-oriented leadership style, proactivity and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrate knowledge in the following technical skills: software architectural design, code quality and automated testing, version control systems, CI/CD processes, and understanding of UI/UX analysis
