Your tasks

Core Responsibilities
- Lead all system test activities.
- Lead, plan and organize test packages for the product. Assign work items to each test engineer part of the project.
- Support the validation of customer and internal requirements.
- Analyze customer and system product requirements to determine the best test procedure and test strategy for the development of the product.
- Participate in technical discussions (prepare / present responses) with customers.
- Ensure the necessary test coverage by defining the test strategies for each test environment.
- Estimate Test effort in the acquisition of new projects with external customers.
- Development & maintenance of validation test cases.
- Debug & Problem solve for issues (determine if test script, test setup or SW under test is at fault)
- Execute developed tests for each product release, compose test report, review with PM and quality.
- Issue failure reports

Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure all aspects of production processes for software and calibration programming are properly verified and validated
- Responsible for testing of new products, and changes to existing products
- Participate on the automatic and manual test case creation for general products

**Profile**:

- Experience with embedded Products (Communication protocol CAN, microcontrollers, etc.)
- Programming knowledge for automation is desired (e.g. Python, C, C#).
- Create value through the ability to integrate knowledge from different technologies or areas
- Configuration management, software/test cases version control
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in e.g. Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics or equivalent
- Intercultural abilities
- 5+ years’ experience
- ISTQB Certification is a plus
- English skills: fluent
