We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions & Precision Nutrition Manager to be responsible for the deployment, training, and internal enablement of Nutreco’s portfolio of global digital solutions across the LATAM region. These solutions, performance models and precision farming tools are key enablers in our transition to a data-driven, value-based commercial approach.
**About The Role**:
- **Responsibilities**:
- Lead the rollout of digital solutions across LATAM, ensuring market alignment and effective user training.
- Support tool adaptation to local realities while maintaining global consistency.
- Act as a bridge between local and global teams, integrating marketing strategies and aligning with priorities.
- Serve as a key contact for adoption challenges and use-case development.
- Track implementation metrics, demonstrate customer value, and contribute to monetization decisions.
- Gather user feedback to optimize functionality and support localization efforts.
**Skills and Expertise**
- **Qualifications**:
- Education: Degree in Animal Science, or related fields (mandatory).
- Certifications or training in digital tools or data analytics are a plus.
- Experience in technical support, implementation, or enablement of digital tools within agribusiness, feed, or animal health sectors (mandatory).
- Experience working in matrix organizations and coordinating across commercial and technical teams is essential.
- Language: Advanced proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is essential.
