**Job Title**:
Specialist, Labor Relations
**Position Purpose**
Coordinate the activities of the Labor Protection Plan, ensuring monitoring and connection with operations both in DC and
in regions, in order to guarantee the progress of the plan and identify the need for tools or actions so that it is completed in
a timely manner.
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Keep the list of CVP people and influencers updated and manage changes if required.
- Compliance with the CVP meeting schedule (biweekly monitoring with coordinators)
- Compliance with the Master Influencers calendar and consolidate the monthly labor thermometer (monthly follow-up with
HR).
- Follow up on the role of Coaches (monthly call). Publish the information of MBPs and influencers in visible places.
Dashboard to monitor the progress of improvement cycles.
- Coordinate trainings and trainings. Coordinate the execution of the evaluation surveys. Tracking WhatsApp groups.
- Ensure the documentation of compliance with the key issues of the labor reform, NOMs and mixed commissions to
prepare in a timely manner the inspections or any other requirement of the authority.
- Deal with union delegates. Slope tracking with DC autozoners.
**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Attorney
Years of Experience: Three to five years.
Type of Experience: Experience in labor matters in companies with labor union activity
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Knowledge of the LFT, Conciliation Board, IMSS etc. General knowledge of
payroll incidents.
