Sets up, programs, and runs test lab equipment Designs tests to insure customer specifications are met
- Provides feedback to Program Engineering, R&D Engineering, and Advanced Engineering on tests requested
- Performs failure analysis on tests that do not pass test specifications
- Troubleshoots lab equipment failures and help to resolve issues quickly
- Prepares test reports for external and internal customers
- Provides feedback on test results to external customers and be available to attend customer meetings Works with Lab Technicians with a goal of minimizing LTR’s past due
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data results through thorough documentation processes
- Contracting, scheduling, and supervising tests with sub‐contracting facilities
- Must operate in a manner that reinforces, supports and is consistent with the Cooper Standard Leadership Model
- Ensures 6S, housekeeping, and health & safety standards are maintained
- May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description.
