**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to support the daily operations of our HR department. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for employees across multiple locations.

You will assist in various HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, compliance, and employee record management. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys working in a people-centered role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring timely follow-up on all required documentation.
- Support the onboarding process by company policies, including document collection, background checks, and drug screening coordination.
- Maintain an organized and current filing system for all job descriptions.
- Assist in the offboarding process of terminated employees in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Provide support during the annual open enrollment period, including preparation and participation in benefits-related meetings.
- Respond professionally to employee inquiries regarding company policies, payroll, and HR procedures, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, assisting employees, and preparing communications and mailings for the HR department.
- Coordinate mandatory training sessions, such as harassment prevention and workplace safety, via internal systems or third-party platforms (e.g., ADP).
- Draft, distribute, and archive internal communications and announcements from ownership to employees and stakeholders.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks and special projects assigned by the HR Manager.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role
- Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
