**Ansell is looking for an Analyst, Pricing & Contracts to join our team in Queretaro**

In this position you will play a vital role in providing critical support for the effective execution for LAC Industrial pricing strategies and tactics that enable achievement of Region objectives, including maintenance of day-to-day pricing and contracting operations across systems. This position is responsible for supporting analytics, accuracy, and maintenance of customer pricing.

Responsibilities include a broad range pricing analytics for decision making, installation of and maintenance of pricing in ERPs; including updates of approved pricing; price sheet creation and communication to customers; and creation and use of price modeling tools and profitability templates. This position will support the region through data analysis, report development, and trend analysis utilizing both internal and external pricing, sales, and market data. provide critical support for the effective execution for LAC Industrial pricing strategies and tactics that enable achievement of Region objectives, including maintenance of day-to-day pricing and contracting operations across systems. This position is responsible for supporting analytics, accuracy, and maintenance of customer pricing.

**What your role will be?**

**RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**

1. Communicate with internal business partners and distributors as appropriate to identify and eliminate all sources of pricing discrepancies.

2. Trouble shoot problems of various complexities with mínimal supervision.

3. Ability to make decisions while understanding the impact of actions, processes and problems across the LAC business.

4. Develop and present for consideration by leadership, strategies improving pricing accuracy and processes for customers and prospects as a key member of Region selling teams.

5. Develop models and reports to enable real-time trend analytics.

6. Participate in strategic, cross functional teams to design programs and process improvements in response to current and future business and customer requirements.

7. Responsible for accuracy of In-to-Stock (ITS) pricing for the region including extensive pricing analysis, entry/loading of all price changes and ensuring invoicing accuracy is maintained.

8. Price change analysis by Distributor, vertical, SBU, and/or GBU, price list creation, and ensure availability for publication as appropriate.

9. Support sales team with customer-specific pricing forms/templates, update pricing templates in distributor’s website.

10. Analyze and report on a variety of trends by channel, vertical, product and category segmentation.

11. Timely and accurate notification and programming of pricing information related to price lists and discounts in ERPs.

12. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of principles and practices related to the pricing function.

13. Conduct periodic reviews of existing pricing procedures and make recommendations to management while assisting in the implementation of process improvements.

14. Establish process for monitoring of existing discount structures, ensuring that customer-specific discounts and contracts are established correctly and maintained.

15. Work with sales team members, customers, customer service providing support to solve pricing issues.

16. Actively participate in system testing for department as needed.

17. Assist internal/external customers with pricing inquiries.

18. Management of contract execution and retention of all LAC Distributor deviated price agreements in the Price Administration Management tool (PAM)

19. Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.

20. Perform other related duties and projects as required.

**KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**
- BA/BS Degree required in economic-administrative field.

**Job Experience**
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service or a contracting department in a distribution company highly preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the following areas is preferred
- Finance/Accounting/Forecasting and Budgeting/ Business analysis
- Customer Service
- Systems implementation/modification

**Knowledge and Skills**
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Oracle, Oracle BI and QlikView preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Power Point.
- Ability to manage the complexities associated with management of multiple projects.
- Attention to detail, ability to see both the macro and micro situation.
- Ability to work independently with little direction.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change, and deliver under short deadlines
