**Profile**:

- Self oriented, motivated, high sense of ownership.- Good communication and negotiation skills.- Strong Leadership.- Good organization skills.- Industrial, Mechanical or similar Engineering.- 80% minimum English oral and written.**Knowledege and Skills**:

- Experience on the similar positions as NPI, Manufacturing or process Engineer (2 years).- Strong Knowledge on Core tools (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Poka Yokes, MSA).- Knowledge on RFQ and PO process.- Knowledge in customer requirements.- Autocad is a plus.- Knowledge on program budget.- Hands on the process and product.**Requirements**:

- Responsible of new program introduction participating in meetings from Design stages to Job1 or SOP program.- Needs to attend customer meetings as FORD, GM, AUDI, KIA.- Work closely with equipment suppliers in Korea and locally.- Meet Launch department KPI’s as Scrap, FTT and OEE.- Work in conjunction with cross functional team to make sure about the manufacturability of the product.- Meet customer MRD events.- Participate during high management timing revisions.- Maintain good relation and communication to all different communication levels.Puesto: Ingeniero**Información Adicional**
