**Superintendente de customer service**

**Objetivo**:
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de despachos en servicios, así como el asignar los recursos adecuados para asegurar los mismos, desarrollo de clientes nuevos, nuevas rutas y eficientar la rentabilidad del servicio.

**Principales actividades**:
Asegurar el cumplimiento del nível de servicio.

Asegurar los retornos con rutas definidas y loadboards

Negociación de precios, términos y conficiones

Monitoreo y contacto con los clientes desde la salida de la carga hasta la entrega de la misma.

Atención y resolución de problemas que puedan suscitarse.

**Requisitos**:
Inglés avanzado indispensable

Experiência en atención a clientes

Ing. o Lic. concluida

Conocimiento en metodologías tales como lean, six sigma, kaizen etc

**Competencias**:
Liderazgo

Organización

Análisis de información

Buen control de actividades
