**A Day in the life as a Sr. Sales Manager - Walmart**:
Strategic Customer Management
- Lead the end-to-end omnichannel business relationship with Walmart, developing annual and 3-year joint business plans (JBPs) aligned with Hasbro’s growth strategy.
- Rebuild and strengthen executive-level relationships with Walmart to regain trust and influence.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities through portfolio management, pricing, promotions, in-store execution, inventory and replenishment management.

Business Turnaround & Growth
- Build and lead transformational commercial initiatives to recover sales, improve sell-through, and regain market share.
- Analyze historical performance and current gaps vs market to define and implement a robust turnaround strategy that leads to profitable joint market share growth.
- Aggressively and profitably develop our ecommerce business with Walmart via omnichannel strategies.
- Have a consumer-centric mindset to design insight-led growth strategies that will lead to market share recovery and market share gain via unlocking new businesses and white-space opportunities.

Team Leadership
- Inspire, coach, manage and develop a team of four direct reports.
- Build a culture of accountability, high performance, and collaboration.
- Drive alignment and integration across internal cross-functional teams (marketing, trade marketing, finance, demand planning and fulfillment).

Commercial Execution
- Own the forecasting, budgeting, and delivery of revenue, POS and profitability targets for the Walmart account.
- Ensure flawless execution of commercial calendars, launches, and promotions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and coach the team in managing the demand planning forecast to ensure it accurately reflects real sales demand, improving forecast accuracy as a critical internal KPI.
- Partner with marketing and customer development teams to optimize shopper strategies and in-store execution.

**What you'll bring**:
Must-Have Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in highly innovative and seasonal categories such as Toys, Beauty, Electronics, Sports, Apparel. Minimum 3 years of experience as Sr Sales Manager leading a direct team of more than 3 people.
- Direct experience managing Walmart Mexico in categories with an ecommerce business share of over 15%.
- Proven success leading teams through performance improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in growth strategies, account planning, negotiation, and P&L ownership.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic customer relationships and influence at senior levels.

**Notes and Resources**

The base salary range for this position is to. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
