EN ECTOTEC SOMOS UNA EMPRESA DE SERVICIOS ESPECIALIZADOS EN TECNOLOGÍAS PARA LA EDUCACIÓN.

Estamos buscando un **ServiceNow Developer**para unirse a nuestro equipo.

**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario en tecnologías de la información, Ciencias de la Computación o un campo relacionado.
- Al menos 3 años desarrollando en ServiceNow en proyectos de módulos CSM, ITSM.
- Experiência comprobada en personalización y configuración de CSM, ITSM.
- Experiência en proyectos de integración con sistemas externos mediante APIs (REST/SOAP) y herramientas como MID Servers.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera remota.
- Experiência en metodologías ágiles de desarrollo, como **Scrum** o **Kanban**.

**Hardskills**
- Dominio de JavaScript, y frameworks de ServiceNow.
- Experiência en la creación y personalización en Servicenow de Workflows, Business Rules, y Flow Designer.
- Habilidad para crear y personalizar Service Catalog Items y Portales.
- Dominio en módulos ITSM, CSM, REST APIs.

**Certificaciones Requeridas  **
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certificación en Integraciones y APIs

**Certificacion deseable**:

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Uno o varios de los siguientes:

- ITSM (Gestión de Servicios de TI).
- CSM (Gestión de Servicios al Cliente).
- ITOM (Gestión de Operaciones de TI). opcional
- SecOps (Operaciones de Seguridad). opcional 

**OFRECEMOS**:

- Sueldo de $40,000.00 a $45,000.00 pesos mensuales libres.
- Horario de lunes a viernes de oficina.
- Modalidad Remoto siempre.

- 20 días de aguinaldo.
