Logistic Coordinator

**Ubicación**: Monterrey, N.L.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Make sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion ensuring successful completion of day-to-day commitments.
- Service multiple clients concurrently, always meeting deadlines
- Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of metrics
- Collaborate with Account Managers and sales team to reach prospective clients.
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Tracking shipments and making sure pickup and deliveries are made on time
- Preparing bills
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards

**Other responsibilities**:

- Performs other related activities or projects as delegated.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Entrepreneurial and competitive spirit, passion, self-motivation
- Enthusiastic, influential and persuasive (sales mentality)
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, engineering or related field is required.

**Experience**: Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of previous experience logistics is required. Or 3 years of comparable experience in Logistics/Transportation industry.
