Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Middle/Senior Liferay Content Administrator for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is the leading hotel operator in Mexico, owning, leasing, franchising, and managing more than 180 hotels and 29,000 rooms in Mexico and the Caribbean under its 9 brands. It achieves efficient centralized management and a high-level economy of scale. The pipeline includes agreements to operate 22 new hotels with 3,711 over the next three years. The geographical coverage of the client with its different brands makes it possible to reach agreements with micro, medium, and large companies (more than 300 corporate accounts). The Liferay Content Administrator will help manage and maintain content on the Liferay platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for the target audience. This position involves collaborating with various teams to gather content requirements, updating and organizing digital assets, and implementing best practices for content management within the Liferay environment.Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Liferay Content Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in utilizing the Liferay Digital Experience Platform for content management.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic content formatting and styling.
- Familiarity with web content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather content requirements for the Liferay platform.
- Update, organize, and publish content on the Liferay website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and optimize the structure and navigation of the Liferay platform for an optimal user experience.
- Implement and enforce content management best practices, including metadata tagging and version control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues, working closely with IT and development teams as needed.
- Train and support content contributors in utilizing the Liferay platform effectively.
- Stay informed about Liferay updates and new features, implementing improvements and enhancements as needed.
Will be a plus:

- Experience in implementing and managing Liferay portlets and modules.
