**What's the role?**:
We are looking for a Data Operations Project Lead to come join our team This person will be responsible for:
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and project reports to effectively manage project.
Liaise with functional groups & global stakeholders to prioritize project execution plan, source management & resource availability.
Manage daily execution of projects to ensure timely delivery with required quality through effective monitoring and control.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Proactively manage change to preserve business plan commitments and ensure timely escalations/mitigations.
Identify, analyze, and solve problems related to projects, processes and team.
Coach, mentor and engage project team to develop competencies.
Ensure adherence to Organizational processes, quality standards and project specifications; and foster a culture of quality and performance.
Identify actions/opportunities for continual improvements and support positive change management.
Ensure timely and appropriate employee performance management and evaluation.

**Who are you?**:
Bachelors in engineering or technical related discipline required.
Additional qualifications/certifications in management preferable.
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years’ experience in project and people management.
Combination of educational qualification and work experience can be considered for equivalence.
Effective interpersonal communication skills, including presentation, written and verbal.
Good people management and coaching skills.
Proven understanding of technology and work process flows.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with internal/external groups for effective problem resolution.
Good Process orientation skills with self-initiative to drive continual improvements.
