**Skills**:

- Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy is essential for auditing and organizing a large volume of digital assets.
- Archival Expertise: A high degree of accuracy is essential for auditing and archiving a large volume of digital assets.
- Organizational Prowess: The ability to effectively manage and structure content libraries, with a focus on long-term storage and retrieval.
- Project Management: Strong follow-up and monitoring skills to keep multiple projects on track.
- Google Workspace Proficiency: Expertise in using Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Google Drive to organize, prepare, and track content.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and address project roadblocks and technical issues.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. Use of Google Meet, Chat, and Gmail.
- ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
- 100% remote work

The role requires hands-on experience with the following platforms:

- Google Workspace: Including Sheets, Docs, Slides, Google Drive, Meet, Chat, Gmail.
- Buganizer: For tracking project progress and issues.
- Digital Asset Library: The ability to work within and manage a digital asset library stored on Google Drive.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Asset Archiving & Organization: Systematically archive select assets by preparing and organizing the assets for the publishing team.
- Project Monitoring & Follow-up: Proactively monitor and follow up on project progress within Buganizer, and program Google Sheets trackers, ensuring all archiving and asset-management deadlines are met.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain key dashboards and trackers to measure the success of the archiving process and report on performance against established goals.
- Collaboration: Act as the primary link between content creation and the publishing team, facilitating a seamless workflow for asset handoffs and archival.
