Planner, Production Planning

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Manage stock control of semi-finished and finished goods.
- Release planned orders and follow up on daily production output.
- Conduct Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) analysis and schedule production in SAP.
- Maintain production master data and level production load to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain production orders and related inventory movement corrections.
- Establish and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Control and monitor stock for global sales and ensure product availability.
- Confirm and deliver sales orders in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with fulfillment and outbound logistics teams to meet customer demands.
- Manage data quality in SAP and ensure accurate order management and delivery processes.
- Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Create orders in SAP and coordinate deliveries with the sales team.
- Communicate regularly with the sales and fulfillment teams to enhance delivery and stock performance.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve logistic issues and customer delivery complaints.
- Ensure timely responses and quality resolutions to customer inquiries.

**Background & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management or related field is required.
- _3 - 5 Years of experience in supply chain and customer service_
- Experience with SAP, optional
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to write basic formulas.
- Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of situations with limited standardization.
- Ability to coordinate activities across multiple departments and maintain contact with key stakeholders.
- English advanced
