Business Intelligence Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**:*

1. *Proactive Analysis and Solution Proposals:* Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement, propose innovative solutions, and drive continuous enhancements in data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.

2. *Cross-Functional Collaboration:* Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable insights and technical solutions.

3. *Client Management:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, providing ongoing support, training, and guidance on utilizing BI tools effectively to meet their business objectives.

4. *Data Analysis and Visualization:* Utilize Power BI to analyze complex datasets, create interactive dashboards, and generate insightful visualizations that drive data-driven decision-making and enhance business performance.

5. *Integration with ERP Systems:* Configure and manage connections between Power BI and ERP systems, such as SAP, to extract relevant data for reporting and analysis, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.

6. *API Integration and Database Management:* Develop and implement API connections to databases, proficiently manage SQL databases, and ensure data integrity and accuracy in all BI solutions.

7. *KPI Metrics Development:* Utilize DAX to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) within Power BI, enabling stakeholders to monitor business performance effectively and make informed decisions.

8. *Excel Proficiency:* Utilize Excel for data analysis, pivot table management, and reporting purposes, ensuring seamless integration with Power BI workflows and providing comprehensive insights.

9. *Documentation and Training:* Document data models, report specifications, and technical documentation. Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing BI tools effectively to maximize their impact on business operations.

**Qualifications**:*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and solution proposal.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and report/dashboard development.
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of APIs and their integration with databases for data extraction.
- Proficient in SQL for database management and data manipulation.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders from diverse areas and understand their business requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI, SAP, SQL, or related technologies would be advantageous.

**Work Schedule and Benefits**:*
