**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Toluca Plant you will be Advanced Product Engineer.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Define and launch products to meet market and customer needs. This includes development of new and existing technologies to improve product performance, cost and manufacturability. Typical projects will require cross functional knowledge of product development, materials development, process development, test development, equipment development and/or technical customer support. Create project timeline to meet timing objectives and communicate key milestones and start/end dates. Commercialization of new products. Engineer is a responsible for innovative product develop and commercialization.
- Give technical support on various cross functional teams with manufacturing, purchasing and commercial peers. These teams may also involve customer and/or vendors.

**ARE YOU DRIVEN BY POSSIBLITY?**

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering or equivalent (Physics, Chemistry, Math).
- Masters degree in engineering is preferred.
- English advanced
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Product Development or 3 years of R&D experience in related product line.
- Proven track record of innovation and problem solving.
- Patent experience preferred
- Strong technical and analytical skills in math and science with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- DFSS skills including Design of Experiments (DOE), DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, Weibull and other statistical tools.
- Ability to work affectively within a cross functional team within all levels of the organization and across global boundaries.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Good project and time management skills.
- Customer and quality focused.
