As a Controlling and Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in financial control within the Global Business Services, Financial Planning & Analysis division in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, examining financial results, coordinating the preparation of performance reports and commenting on financial statements. You will provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts in order to assist business leaders and stakeholders, helping to evaluate the impact of major decisions.

**This position reports to**:
Controlling & Planning Team Lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Driving and facilitating financial planning processes and activities as well as Financial Statement analysis and budget review
- Supporting the implementation of standardized processes and tools in support of financial planning activities in the Financial Planning & Analysis division
- Updating and monitoring of portfolio and inventory issues
- Management of financial reports and consolidations
- Working with key members of the business to identify areas for improvement and to propose corrective actions and cost-saving initiatives
- Aiding initiatives to achieve excellence in financial control and improvement of processes and tools
- Facilitating the dissemination of knowledge and best practices within the Finance community
- Organizing and delivering training on various tools and processes

**Your background**:

- +5 years of experience in controlling (experience of projects is an advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related
- Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP and Excel
- Management of financial KPIs and financial analysis
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate English Level
- Intermediate Portuguese Level
