Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
**How you will contribute**
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

**Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición**:
Oreo Brand portfolio performance tracking and analysis:
- Identify opportunities and challenges, and propose action plans to leverage results.
- Support and tracking of Category planning executions.
Track demand & financial indicators by brand:
- Follow up of NPDs performance (Volume, Price, G2N, %GM).
- Responsible for slow moving plan (Write Off track).
- Preparation of Demand Meeting material.
Development and implementation of communication and activation campaigns:
- Agency briefing (Creative, Digital, Design, Media, Activation, etc.)
- Media plan construction.
- Execute plans in a timely manner (Sales plans, Communication content, Media)
- Follow up to results and KPIs achievement
A&C budget management:
- A&C management pursuing accuracy vs planned.
- Budget revision after month closing, identification of gaps and proposal of new budget phasing.
**Experiência**:Experience in Marketing for 3-4 years
**Academic Background**:Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business and/or Industrial Engineering (other engineering backgrounds welcome).
