We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Software Engineering**

**Role Purpose**:
To provide production support, ensuring the quality, continuity, and, where appropriate, the resilience of the service, and offering optimal recovery times in the event of any disruption.

**Main Activities**:

- Provide support in the identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service.
- Provide support on weekends and holidays according to the needs of the service and the established on-call role within the department.
- Assume new duties as new needs arise within the service.
Requirements- Extensive knowledge of AS400, ILE CL, SQL, and IFS.
- Review of COBOL code to identify causes of errors reported in incidents and possible solutions.
- Review of logs to identify causes of errors reported in incidents and possible solutions.
- Interest in investigating, responding to, and resolving incidents.
- Interest in learning new technologies.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new roles and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, according to the needs of the service.
- Clear understanding of English and ability to be understood.
