**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data modeling, developing data sets, or creating data visualizations.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support global relations.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- MBA, Master's degree, or advanced degree in a technical or scientific field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or HTML for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Experience supporting data-driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and cross-functional BI initiatives in a cloud business.
- Experience in cloud-based data platforms and related BI services.
- Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining techniques.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will design, develop, and implement BI solutions that provide insights to leadership. This involves architecting data marts, constructing efficient data pipelines, and automating reporting processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that support growth objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with stakeholders to define and gather requirements for building KPI frameworks that track business growth and measure the success of key business strategies.
- Develop data infrastructure including building SQL scripts, creating data sets, crafting investigative models, and designing user-friendly dashboards.
- Transform data into insights by developing data models, data marts, and automating reporting processes to provide leadership.
- Lead assigned projects from conceptualization to delivery and ensure data solutions offer high-quality data and insights to support the growth of the business.
