- Develop strategies and execute action plans that will help the company increase transactions and maximize revenue
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage, develop and grow the revenue team.
- Build relationships with new and existing agents to maximize our volume and collect competitor/market information
- Support sales team and provide analytical reporting
- Coordinate with Divisional sales and revenue teams to improve Ria’s position in the market
- Control of revenue KPIs from the US Agent Channel
- Analyze trends/changes in transactions and market conditions
- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Advanced English
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Detail oriented with abily to multi-task
- Ability to work in a team, ability to multi-task and strong communications skills
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office
- Customer care or sales experience is a plus
- Previous experience within Revenue Management is highly desirable
