**Job Description**:
- Supports and collaborates with Payroll Sr Associate
- Support payroll processes, including payroll calculations (including tax and social security) and confirmations.
- Responsible for Mexico tax filings and delivery of payroll files.
- Stay current on Mexico labor regulations.
- Generates payroll and administrative reports
- Provide consultative services for other departments and employees
- Supports Finance, Compensation and Business Partners.
- Participate in projects as assigned
- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) support
- Support employees with payroll inquiries
- Collect payroll changes and make sure they are registered on time for payment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field (Administration, Industrial Engineer, International Business, etc..)
- Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience preferred (Payroll experience)
- Previous Experience handling payroll preferred
- English preferred
- Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to deliver work on time
- Proactive, willing to investigate when needed.
- Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Mexico Social Security
