Senior Ai Platform Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled **Senior AI Platform Engineer** to design and maintain advanced systems that equip stream-aligned teams with scalable, secure, and reliable AI-powered solutions. You will closely collaborate with diverse stakeholders to optimize software delivery and operationalize machine learning models for production, all while experimenting with emerging technologies to foster innovation.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems leveraging Knowledge of MLFlow, Kubernetes, Databricks, and Docker
- Implement scalable APIs to support seamless data processing and machine learning model integration
- Operationalize and deploy machine learning models to address complex challenges and enhance platform functionality using MLFlow frameworks
- Produce scalable, highly available, and repeatable cloud-based solutions
- Develop cloud configuration automation while ensuring long-term consistency and performance
- Simplify and refine existing systems, processes, and tools to enrich user experience and functionality
- Provide recommendations for best practices in cloud architecture, automation, resilience, operability, orchestration, and security
- Adapt cloud solutions strategically to align with evolving business requirements and technology advancements
- Facilitate collaboration with business partners and technology teams to achieve alignment and execute decisions effectively without compromising service quality
- Help team members leverage technical frameworks and resources for maximum efficiency
- Evaluate emerging technologies, services, and solutions for future adoption
- Participate actively in regular team discussions, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos
- Contribute to incident response when needed to ensure operational stability
- Recognize risks proactively, assess problems, define actionable solutions, and communicate outcomes clearly
- Stay updated on key trends in business, operations, and technology to inform strategies and plans

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience managing scalable, highly available infrastructure and services
- Background in Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) services and solutions
- Proficiency in Python and JVM languages such as Java, Scala, or Kotlin
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and algorithms
- Expertise in Apache Spark architecture, parquet formats, and Delta Lake technologies
- Understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban and tools like GitLab and Terraform for CI/CD pipelines
- Competency in deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environments
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core software design principles
- Familiarity with notebook environments such as Jupyter or Databricks
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent experience
- Comprehensive problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions across teams
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level for effective communication

**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of AWS platform services, including AWS S3, EC2, RDS, EMR, Glue, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, and RedShift
- Proficiency in Terraform and Data Migration Services (DMS) to support efficient cloud infrastructure management
- Background in Sagemaker and Databricks for advanced data and model processing capabilities
- Familiarity with Apache Parquet for optimizing data storage and querying efficiency
