**What You Will Do & Learn**

As an **Administrative Intern**, you will provide essential support to senior leaders while gaining real-world experience in a dynamic global consulting environment. This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to develop professional skills that are highly valued across industries.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and process **expense reports**; follow up on **reimbursement processes**
- Assist with **basic billing and invoicing** tasks
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for executives
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages (domestic and international)
- Manage meeting room bookings and logistics
- Provide general administrative support across team

**Who We’re Looking For**
- ** Recently graduated** in Business Administration or a related field (degree completed)
- ** Intermediate to advanced English** (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in **customer service or administrative support** is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and a service-oriented mindset
