**Your new company**
Our client is one of the international consulting firm that is creating possibilities to use a strong business platform and strong product engine to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with a team wich provides services within the domain of mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings, valuations, business modeling, due diligence and financial consulting.
**Your new role**
As Manager Financial Due Dilligence, you will be part of a team which assist clients, both private equity firms and corporate clients, throughout the whole transaction process. Whilst traditional financial due diligence is a key element of the service, transaction support is much broader, incorporating assistance with business plan assessment, including support to the transaction management, negotiation and documentation, and post-completion integration.
You will be performing financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses. Identifying issues that may be of relevance and for assessing the impact thereof on the transaction.
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Master degree and 5 years of working experience in Transactions (nice to have)
- Excellent English
- Good finance/accounting knowledge
- Team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- You have the necessary competencies to perform your job independently while using professional assertiveness
- Project management skills and excel spread-sheeting skills
