Close & implement business opportunities with new and existing customers to meet/ exceed his/her individual and team’s sales goals.
- Prospection of new and potential customers **according to Uber Freight solutions & services portfolio**:

- Visits and calls to potential customers **(Prospecting 10-15 hours minimum & 10 On-site meetings goal per week).**:

- Detect new business opportunities **and solutions** with prospects and existing customers.
- Development of business opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Transition and contribute to onboard opportunities closed to operations departments.
- Customer Relationship, build trust, rapport and credibility with customers, professional communications; effective and courteous communications, facilitate access to customers to different departments within Uber Freight when required.
- Identify, develop and close on new business.
- Follow up and implement Uber Freight’s sales methodology
- Represent Uber Freight in a professional way with customers outside of our facilities.
- Face-to-face and virtual calls with potential customers.
- Communicate customer needs to product leaders, operations and pricing experts.
- Develop and deliver value proposals to customers.
- Persuade prospects customers to utilize Uber Freight as their preferred logistics provider.
- Usage of Sales Force **every day/ week** to keep record of activities, manage active opportunities, won and lost opportunities, sales leads, properly record size of opportunities, dates, and pipeline.

**Requirements of the position**
- 5+ years of experience in logistics positions
- 3+ years in sales and/or account management
- College Major Degree, preferentially in International Trade / International Business
- Ability to drive a car and commute to customer meetings and events
- Written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
