Procurement Associate

The role:

- Responsible for organizing quotes from publishers and suppliers.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Publisher and distributors.
- Responsible for negotiations with publisher and distributors.
- Research to find all relevant information required to complete tasks.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Supports requests from customers, partners, sales reps, and other operations team members
- Responsible for supporting and fulfilling all procurement needs for team.
- Performs other duties as assigned by SoftwareONE management
- Should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while completing work within allocated time frames as individual contributor in the process.
Collaborates with internal and external partners to meet procurement objectives.

What we need to see from you:

- Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university
- Excellent English written & verbal Skills
- 0-2 years’ experience in software industry
- Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Solid problem solving, consultative and research skills
- Ability to analyze information with attention to details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to research multiple sources to find data.
- General math skills, PC proficient, knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP Systems
- Reliable and desirable work ethic within a team environment
- Proven ability to be hands on within a heavy workload environment
- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
- Ability to multi-task and be well organized.
