Reporting into the Creative Director & Executive Producer, International Campaigns, and working in partnership with the Creative Director(s), MX/BR and broader Marketing team, this role is responsible for the localisation of centrally approved TV and digital assets for Brazil and Mexico. This person will manage the production of content and concept exploration from idea to execution, and will enhance the creative, strategic, and storytelling objectives of Airbnb’s product marketing initiatives.

As the Regional Producer Lead, you will manage complex video projects, budgets, schedules, and requirements through a project’s entire lifecycle. You will work in overall partnership with Creative

Directors in the producing, execution and delivery of videos with heavy coordination with our central team. You’ll identify risks and clearly communicate goals and solutions to project stakeholders and your teammates. Your projects will often span offices and timezones.

**Requirements**:

- Experience developing work for brand campaigns
- Experience with licensing, rights management, and other business affairs responsibilities
- Experience managing production vendors and agencies (e.g., communicating rates, and authoring statements of work)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment and think strategically
- Ability to execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and on budget
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
- Solid understanding of editing and post-production finishing
- Ability to identify risks and clearly communicate goals and solutions to project stakeholders, customers, and your teammates
- Able to manage projects that will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres
- Able to maintain and advocate for the highest level of craft in every piece of work
- High level of energy, passion and dedication.

Qualifications:

- 10 years of experience in production for a creative or advertising agency, production company, and/or internal brand marketing team
- Experience managing production vendors and agencies, discussing rates, and authoring Statements of Work
- Experience in licensing, rights management, or talent payment/agreements
- Expert experience with asset management programs and collaboration tools like Airtable, Slack, Google Sheets, Keynote
- Bilingual, English and Spanish (+ Brazilian Portuguese a bonus). Can work comfortably with English as business language
