**JOB PURPOSE**

This role exists because in Finance Mexico, we are looking for a Financial Lead responsible for end-to-end analysis of the Trade Terms process and client discounts at Unilever, with a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented vision.

As Customer Finance Lead, you will be responsible for understanding the complete process—from planning activities in TPM and Trade Terms, generating provisions, executing client discounts, to issuing credit notes—ensuring accurate interpretation, validation, and execution of all commercial agreements and promotional activities. This role requires a comprehensive business perspective, strong analytics skills and a proactive attitude to bring improvements in the process. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand the end-to-end PERPC process
- Ensure traceability and documentation of each credit note, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and audits.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and credit & collections teams to align criteria and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify improvement opportunities in the current process, proposing automations, controls, and efficiencies.
- Generate reports and analyses to visualize the financial impact of credit notes on the P&L.
- Support internal and external audits with clear, precise, and substantiated information.

**REQUIRED** QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Financial budget control
- P&L analysis
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Intermediate-Advanced English
- Experience with SAP (Modulo de finanzas) Power BI (dashboards), Excel (Intermediate-Advanced)
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in teams, communicate findings, and propose solutions.
- Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and highly responsible.
