We are an international company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Monterrey.

In this role, you will support the recruitment process to identify top talent across various technical and non-technical profiles while supporting initiatives to build a dynamic and diverse team.

Your expertise will play a key role in shaping our workforce and ensuring our recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of specialized and technical roles.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and leveraging recruitment platforms.
- Collaborating with departments leads to understanding hiring needs and crafting effective job descriptions.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local universities, recruitment agencies, and job boards.
- Utilize and manage applicant tracking systems to organize and streamline hiring processes.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
- Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Outstanding verbal and written English skills.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles, with a focus on technical profiles desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Self-driven, capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in business administration, HR, Psychology or related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Excellent people skills.
- Time management skills, detailed oriented, and constant improvement approach to tasks.
