**PRODUCT MANAGER LAST MILE
**Misión**:
Desarrollar soluciones innovadoras que optimicen procesos mediante un profundo entendimiento del negocio y una investigación constante del mercado. Liderando iniciativas estratégicas en colaboración con múltiples áreas clave, como tecnología, diseño, datos, operaciones y otras. Traduciendo las ideas en iniciativas tangibles, priorizadas a través de un roadmap claramente definido y orientado al impacto medible.

**Funciones**:

- Identificar oportunidades basadas en la investigación de mercado, datos de usuarios y retroalimentación interna para proponer soluciones que impulsen la innovación y la eficiencia.
- Diseñar, priorizar y gestionar el roadmap para el squad de lastmile, alineándolo con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio y maximizando el impacto en los KPIs definidos.
- Liderar iniciativas innovadoras que mejoren procesos operativos y de negocio, utilizando insights basados en análisis de datos y métricas clave para guiar la toma de decisiones
- Proponer y monitorear métricas de control y seguimiento que permitan evaluar el éxito y el impacto de cada iniciativa implementada.
- Colaborar de forma transversal con equipos internos y stakeholders para garantizar una ejecución alineada con los objetivos del negocio.
- Realizar un seguimiento continuo de los resultados e impactos generados por los desarrollos implementados, proponiendo mejoras en función de los aprendizajes.

**Requisitos**:

- +3 años de experiência en producto, para productos internos (operaciones).
- Escolaridad: PM, PO, Ing industrial, logística, operaciones, negocios internacionales o afín.
- Software: SQL, Excel, Jira Management
