**Your Mission: Lead Digital Strategy and Multiply Customer Acquisition**
We are looking for a **SEO/SEM Specialist** — someone analytical, strategic, and with proven experience in driving growth through digital channels.
If you’re passionate about building strong client relationships, leading media strategies, and transforming creativity into measurable results, this is your opportunity to lead the next era of Out-of-Home.
**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute the complementary **Digital Strategy** for the organization's main channels**:SEO, SEM, mailing and social media**.
- **Design, implement, and optimize** **SEO and SEM strategies** that increase **lead generation** and **qualified traffic** to Naranti's digital channels.
- **Manage campaigns** in **Google Ads and Meta Ads**, monitoring performance and **adjusting strategies** based on **CTR, CPC, CPA**, and **conversion rate**.
- **Analyze and generate digital performance reports** using **Google Analytics**, **Search Console**, and **Data Studio**.
- Develop **mailing and automation strategies** aimed at **retaining and building loyalty** among potential clients.
- Conduct **keyword research**, **technical SEO audits**, and **propose improvements** to **optimize the organic positioning** of the website and microsites.
- Stay **updated on digital marketing trends** and best practices to propose **continuous improvements** to the brand strategy.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field**, with a specialization on **Digital Marketing**.
- **2+ years of proven experience** in Digital Marketing, planning and executing SEO/SEM strategies, managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Advanced management of digital advertising and analytics tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, Mailchimp, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Results-driven mindset, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
- **English fluency (B2+) highly desirable** - you’ll interact with global clients and international brands.
- CRM experience and solid understanding of performance metrics.
