We are looking for a talentedJr Data Engineer to support our Head Quarters and Field Warehouse teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in alerting key stakeholders quickly and effectively.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for creating insightful reports for our Warehouse Team. Your work will involve data analysis, scorecarding, financial reporting, generating key performance indicator reports, and resolving issues. You will be an essential member of a collaborative team of database developers, data analysts, data engineers, and software engineers. Together, we strive to deliver simpler, faster, and more insightful solutions for our supply chain performance managers, decision makers, specialists, and frontline personnel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Understand and Enhance**: Dive deep into business use cases, technologies, and best practices for key reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, and apps.
- **Be the Go-To Expert**: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and enhancement requests, providing valuable insights and solutions.
- **Improve Reliability**: Help improve the reliability of our key reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, and apps, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor, complete, and ensure quality control of scheduled weekly technical tasks, maintaining excellence in every detail.

**Your Key Contributions**:

- ** Enhance Reliability**: Drive improvements in the reliability of essential reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, and apps that our team supports.
- ** Prioritize and Resolve**: Skillfully prioritize tasks and leverage available resources (expertise, diagnostic tools, documentation, how-to videos) to address and resolve issues and enhancement requests effectively.
- ** Technical Support**: Receive and clarify technical support and enhancement requests, research root causes, develop plans, and communicate progress and completion status to requestors.
- ** Data Monitoring**: Ensure successful data updates and user permissions for published Tableau and PowerBI dashboards, maintaining data availability and accuracy.
- ** Timely Task Completion**: Execute weekly scheduled technical tasks promptly, addressing discrepancies and escalating issues as needed while keeping communication channels open with business teams.
- ** Documentation Maintenance**: Keep solution documentation current, including common issues, how-to instructions, and enhancement details.
- ** Identify and Improve**: Notify team members of stability issues with specific reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, or apps, and help identify sources of instability. Collaborate to brainstorm improvements and track action plans aimed at enhancing performance.
