- Experiência de al menos 2 años como **Network Engineer - L2** y conocimientos en:

- **1. Conocimiento en: LAN, red WAN, SDWAN, FW de seguridad, Proxy, Voz**:

- **2. Tecnología: Cisco, Aruba, Bluecoat**

**Conocimientos y experiência en**:

- 1. Knowledge on : LAN, WAN network, SDWAN, Security FW, Proxy, Voice
- 2. Technology: Cisco, Aruba, Bluecoat
- 3. Certificated on associate level at least, professional level desired
- Management and design in Collaboration projects (IP Telephony, Videoconference Rooms, cloud, webex, CMS, Expressway, TMS).
- Ingeniero de Redes: (Habilidades Principales)
- 1. Conocimiento en: LAN, red WAN, SDWAN, FW de seguridad, Proxy, Voz
- 2. Tecnología: Cisco, Aruba, Bluecoat
- 3. Certificado a nível asociado al menos, nível profesional deseado
- Gestión y diseño en proyectos de Colaboración (Telefonía IP, Salas de Videoconferencia, cloud, webex, CMS, Expressway, TMS).
- Instalación, configuración y gestión de routers, switch, access point, equipos de videoconferencia, CUCM.
- Implementación de servicios de Colaboración. Seguimiento posterior a la implementación.
- Documentación SOW, BOM, plan de actividades, informes técnicos, manual de usuario y entrega a Ops
- Implementación de nuevos servicios de red (routing, switching, video y voz IP). Implementación de nuevas tecnologías a instalar dentro de la empresa.
- Coordinación de proveedores.
- Resolución de incidencias de Videoconferencia, telefonía IP, Webex y servicios de audioconferencia.
- Implantación y gestión de nuevos dispositivos de videoconferencia y telepresencia.
- Gestión de instalaciones y call manager, unity express y meeting place.
