**Role Overview**

As a Production Engineer, you will provide strong technical support to ensure full achievement of the production plan, maintain a “zero accident” environment, uphold 5S standards, and drive continuous improvements in productivity and cost efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and repair production defects
- Prepare 8D reports for accidents or non-conformities
- Set up, monitor, and maintain test equipment and testers
- Review, create, and update flow charts, SOP/SIP documentation
- Control machine parameters to meet daily targets and standards
- Train operators on procedures and quality requirements
- Monitor defect metrics and implement corrective actions
- Participate in Kaizen activities and improvement projects
- Support manager and supervisor instructions when required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field
- Strong foundation in electronics and troubleshooting
- Good command of English (Chinese or Japanese is a strong plus)
- No prior work experience required
- Strong logical reasoning and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fast learner with a Kaizen mindset
- Effective communication and strong execution skills

- Time work: Mondar to Friday (10 hours per day)
