Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Developing pre-Si validation test plans and test scenarios to prove the correctness of the design.
- Development of components for a simulation-based environment: bus functional models, trackers, checkers, scoreboards, and testbenches.
- Performing and debugging digital simulations, and driving to closure of bugs.
- Development of functional coverage and achieving coverage goals.
- Working closely with design engineers, micro-architects, and other team members to ensure high quality of test plans, functional coverage, and tests.
- Deliver high-quality output against deadlines and work effectively in a cross-site team environment.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications:

- 3+ months of experience with digital design, ASIC design flow, or computer architecture.
- 3+ months of experience with programming/scripting languages like C/C++, Perl, Ruby, Python, or Unix (Linux).
- 3+ months of experience with hardware description languages (such as VHDL, Verilog, System Verilog, etc.).
- 10+ months of experience with pre-Si validation (including expertise in: logic simulators (Modelsim, Questasim, VCS, AMS), functional coverage concepts and implementation, testbench development, bus functional models, trackers, checkers, test development, execution, debug, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with DRAM memory.
