**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement Machine Learning (ML) models as well as Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions to perform tasks such as classifications, predictions, image processing, text summarization, text generation, and information extraction.
- Collaborate with technical writers to understand the requirements and challenges associated with authoring technical documents.
- Work on data collection, preprocessing, and annotation to create high-quality datasets for training and evaluation.
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain robust and scalable ML and NLP solutions.
- Communicate technical findings, challenges, and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Development, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- 2-3 years of verifiable experience actively working in Artificial Intelligence projects or processes. The experience must be demonstrable and reflect ongoing, hands-on involvement in AI-related work.
- Proven experience in developing Machine Learning models and/or natural Language Processing solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and R.
- Solid understanding of ML and NLP techniques.
- Familiarity with data cleaning/preprocessing techniques and feature engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of version control systems and software development best practices.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
