Middle Automation Engineer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Middle Automation Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is a global, science-led biopharmaceutical company that focuses on discovering, developing, and commercializing prescription medicines. - 3+ years of experience working as a Test Automation Engineer.
- Ability to work on your own without supervision or direction.
- Experience with Agile projects.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and their tech stack.
- Analytical mindset.
- Experience in collaborating with people across the globe with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- At least intermediate knowledge of the following programming languages: Java, Python, and Jenkins.
- Intermediate experience with Selenium on how to automate web browsers and their framework (for example, JUnit, TestNG).
- Intermediate knowledge of GitHub/Bitbucket.
Responsibilities:

- Communicate and explain to technical and non-technical people your tests and their results.
- Define and record any defects that are discovered.
- Follow up on retesting scenarios.
- Provide feedback on potential missing scenarios for testing.

Will be a plus:

- Intermediate experience with Python frameworks for Unit Testing.
- Knowledge of BDD (Cucumber).
- Experience in SQL support.
