Senior .NET Developer

We are looking for a talented **Senior.NET Developer** to join our technology team, where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve challenging technical problems and contribute to the success of the organization by delivering robust, scalable, and reliable software systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and implement project objectives
- Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to design decisions
- Utilize best practices in software engineering and perform code reviews to maintain quality standards
- Build and enhance configurations and automations for testing, deployments, and infrastructure
- Monitor production environments to identify and resolve issues early
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex software issues and performance bottlenecks
- Validate and test software solutions to ensure optimized system performance
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of professional experience in software development
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including querying, stored procedures, and database optimization
- Knowledge of data engineering best practices and frameworks
- Skills in Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Test-First approaches for robust development
- Familiarity with monitoring production systems and addressing technical challenges proactively
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills with a proven ability to work within cross-functional teams
- Adaptability to changing technologies and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

**Nice to have**
- Experience with SSAS and SSIS for advanced data processing pipelines
- Applied experience with DevOps principles and practices
- Background in developing cloud-ready solutions with scalability in mind
